Cloudberries are wild fruits from Scandinavia, known as "Hjortron," and grow up to only 20 centimeters tall. They have small white flowers and orange-yellow fruits, each consisting of 5-7 small drupelets. Cloudberries have a distinctly sweet, tangy, and slightly tart flavor. They are high in vitamin C, containing four times more than oranges, and are also rich in fiber and magnesium.
